Ingredients: Galangal, Birch Bark, Coriander, Burdock, Cardamom, Ginger
This chai-inspired blend works with Galangal, also known as Thai ginger as the base note, and builds it out with cardamom other traditional chai spices for a wonderful evening tea strong enough to sip on its own, with honey, or even blended with your favourite black tea or roasted oolong. Birch bark, burdock, and coriander bring our the unique floral notes in the galangal.
STEEPING TIPS: Use 5g in an 8oz cup or teapot. Steep with boiling water for one minute. Or use a quarter ounce of tea for a one quart mason jar, fill with room temperature water and refrigerate overnight for cold brew
