This month we are working on an incredibly fun mixology project with local Minnesota business Intelligent Nutrients. They are making some of the highest end essential oils and perfumes in the world on their own still. We are borrowing their beautiful Cistus oil to scent our Zhu Rong black for a tea reminiscent of earl grey for its citrus notes. We hope this is the start to a great partnership and potentially the first in a whole line of tea and essential oil pairings. Stay tuned!
INGREDIENTS: Zhu Rong Black Tea, Rose, Elderberry, Orange Peel, Rooibos, Cistus oil
STEEPING TIPS: Use 5g in an 8oz cup or teapot. Steep with boiling water for thirty seconds. Or use a quarter ounce of tea for a one quart mason jar, fill with room temperature water and refrigerate overnight for cold brew.
