An eccentric tea which has a blend of malty Assam black tea with tropical fruits and Hibiscus petals, this makes for an interesting contrast of ripe treefruit-like sweet with tart flavors. This tea goes very well with spicy Middle Eastern cuisine. Best taken cold, like an Egyptian Iced Tea with a generous amount of sugar.
