Description

An organic tea from one of Darjeeling’s highest plantations, the pale green buds among the rolled leaves of this First Flush smell of sweet greens and fresh nuts. Once set to steep, savour the aroma of cooked beans. The light amber tea in your cup gives out a mix of dried fruits, nuts, Amaryllis flower and just a hint of cream.
A smooth and well-balanced tea which can be used to complement steamed fish, sandwiches, fresh fruit and even soft cheese.
