This selection, popularly known as “Sun Moon Lake Tea” or “Ruby Tea”, is manufactured by hand in very limited quantities. The leaves are fully oxidized, and have a large, attractive appearance. The liquor is very smooth and without a trace of bitterness. The flavor is both refined and complex, with notes of mint, cinnamon and malt sugar.
