Description

(BH10) Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a widely used and very popular herb. Our new lot of this tisane is from India and has a zesty, peppery character. The liquor is slightly darker in color than our previous lot, and has a lingering sweet/spicy quality. A steeping time of 8-10 minutes is recommended.
