Hmm. This is both calming and refreshing. The chamomile and mint are well balanced, with a touch of lemon in the background. Just the right amount of mint lingers after the sip – energizing but not brisk. This would make a good breath-freshening afternoon tea if you don’t want any caffeine.

This came from a Twinings herbal sampler box that somebody left on the counter next to the water dispenser. It’s newer but called Bedtime Blend. Did Twinings switcheroo the names again?

I don’t know that I could tell the difference between this and Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime.

Oh, this tea. Everything about this tea is pure love.
The chamomile and the spearmint are so well combined and balanced, with just a tiny hint of lemongrass. This one is tea you can serve to one of those “I hate tea, I only drink coffee” people and they WILL like it.

I like this one. It really is calming for some reason, and the smell is nice. Very minty.

I drink this before bed every night. A nice herbal mix that is calming and I love the minty taste. Usually nighttime teas have a very strong chamomile taste to them, but this one is really nice. I love the way the tea smells when it is steeping.

This tea was really weak to me. Maybe I need to steep it longer than 5:45, but I’ve gotten better bedtime fixes elsewhere. I was hoping the mint in particular would be stronger, but it seemed like it was only part of the aroma with a very, very vague mint flavor that I could’ve just been imagining.

I will try and try again (several more times, since I’ve still got 14 bags left), but I’m a little disappointed.

A pretty good chamomile tea, though I have tasted better blends.
