Iron Buddha is one of the most famous oolongs in the world. Named after the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, Guanyin, Iron Buddha commands respect with its full-body flavor and long-lasting astringent aftertaste. During the Qing Dynasty, Tie Guan Yin was designated an Imperial Tribute Tea.
