Description

Origin: Shui Lian Dong, Zhengyan Protected Area, Wuyishan, Fujian, China.

Vintage: May 2021

Tea Varietal: Rou Gui (cinnamon/cassia flower)

Age of tea trees: around 30 year old.

Excellent yancha from very famous terroir Shui Lian Dong (水帘洞) in the heart of Wuyi Mountain.

Amazing medium roasted Rou Gui has just arrived after the time of skillful roasting. Tea was roasted 4 times during the spring, summer and autumn. It was ready to be ordered in late November. We ordered few kilos from our friend and farmer.

Very fruity yancha with pleasantly clean liquor. 2021 harvest brings the tea with very sweet honey like flavor with powerful fruitiness you can smell in whole room when you brewing this tea!
