We have selected this tea, also known as « Rock tea » because it is produced on the rocky slopes of Wuyi Mountains, because of its interesting profile, affordable, yet of fine quality.
This Oolong features a high oxidation rate (40%) and offers us distinctive tastes, reminding us of cinnamon and ripe fruit, with wooden hints. Its powerful yet balanced flavours, a superb association between spiced and black fruits, will give you sensual pleasure, and will be the perfect companion for discovering darker Oolongs. Through your multiple steepings, this tea will reveal you a wide range of aromatic profiles.
Recommended brewing time: from 2 to 3.30 minutes with a water at 90-95°C (194-203°F)
