We steep Earl Grey tea into the cream before blending it into our ganache to balance the bergamot and chocolate notes perfectly, thus creating a smooth and silky blend with a refreshing hint of southern Italian citrus. Rishi’s Earl Grey is made with Yunnan Dian Hong black tea which they harvest from antique tea leaves.
