Snow dragon is harvested in spring at the Dongzhai tea garden. Only hand picked leaves are used for this first class picking.

The tea plants grow at an altitude of around 1500m in the Wuliang mountains part of the Chinese province of Yunnan.

Through careful and highly crafted processing the tea appears with a wonderful large, silvery and white fluffy leaf. The infusion is fresh and sparkling.
