A very strong, spicy tea with a slightly malty touch and a very dark, brown cup colour. Grown on the Rembeng Estate, the pioneer tea garden of Organic tea cultivation in Assam. The area of Assam is a high plateau in the North-East of India on both sides of the river Brahmaputra.
Recommended preparation: 10g tea leaves (about 4 heaped teaspoons to one litre of freshly boiling water, 3 min brewing time). Very nice with a dash of milk.
