Trying to create a darn good caffeine free chai is nebulous at best. With limited options in the world of robust herbal tisanes and decaf black tea being too washed out, rooibos arrives as somewhat of a savior. We used the spice recipe from our black chai, strengthened it a little more and mixed it in with organic rooibos. The result is a totally meaningful cup of delicious red bush chai.
