From China’s Fujian Province, Superior Ti Kuan Yin is a hand-made oolong with a complex flavor/aroma. A bit darker than the Jade Oolong with a more intense flavor and characteristic orchid-like aroma. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup and steep 1.5-2 minutes in near boiling water.
