“Oh good heavens today has not gone as planned at all! I was going to bake and pack since it was supposed to be cool (y’all know by now I hate the heat) but it turns out that was not in the cards...” Read full tasting note

Description

From the Blue Mountains, the Billimalai Oolong is a motley of leaves with colors ranging from silver to copper to olive and chocolate, giving a mailitary fatigue look. The leaves envelop you with a fragrance of the forest. When steeped, it produces a very rounded, mellow brew. The sunny yellow cup has a strong and mature early taste.
