“Currently enjoying a strongly steeped mug of Smoky Lapsang Souchong from alongside a blue cheese and walnut scone with a marscapone blue cheese filling. It’s a great marriage of two of my many tea...” Read full tasting note
This deep, dark and smoky lapsang has been smoked over pinewood, evoking memories of campfires, s’mores, and stories. Leaves are left in a smoke house to attain their characteristic flavour, and then pan-fired to finish off this bold tea. This tea is an amazing addition to culinary practices, as it’s an easy way to infuse smoke into any dish.
