Jasmine Blossom was our first ever Limited Edition Skinny Tea but quickly became a real customer favourite. After including a sample of Jasmine Blossom with our 4 Week Detox we received a lot of requests to add this flavour to our main range so, we have!
In Asia jasmine teas are widely consumed where they’re renowned for their detox, weight loss and health giving properties; this seemed perfect for a Skinny Tea! However, we really wanted to create something far superior to the cheap, artificially scented versions so often served in Chinese restaurants.
Our Jasmine detox tea comes from a small family farm in Taiwan. Fresh whole leaf teas are layered with the first of the summer’s jasmine blossom. The blossom is left to impart its sweet floral flavour on the tea overnight in the cooling mountain air. This process is repeated over seven evenings which ensures this tea has only the finest, natural jasmine flavour. Its sweet floral notes are delicious and smooth, and nothing like an artificially scented jasmine tea.
We’ve carefully blended this hand prepared Jasmine Oolong with our exclusive weight loss GABA Oolong, and a powerful grade of Uji Matcha Green Tea, to produce an astonishingly sweet and refreshing weight loss tea that’s quickly becoming one of our favourites around our little tea studio! We think you’re going to love this one too!
