From The Essence of Tea

This organically grown (not certified) tea was hand harvested and processed with care by a small-scale farmer on Li Shan. The leaves are healthy, displaying strong 2-3 leaf, 1 bud systems and well rolled.

The oxidation is light and it has been given a mid level roast, giving a thick soup, fresh, clean flavour and a long lasting huigan.
