Description

ne of the most prized teas in the world, Silver Needles is also called Yin Zhen. These tea buds were picked during the last week of March, (pre-qing ming) . After plucking, they are quickly transported to the factory and placed onto ventilated racks in even piles. Gentle heat is added to prevent oxidation and decrease moisture in the leaves. The buds are then sorted for size. Drink without milk and sugar.
