Description

Phoenix oolong is one of the Oolong tea that produce at Guangdong province. Phoenix oolong also called Dan Cong. Dan Cong means single brush. The farmer only harvest the leaves and produce tea from a single brush. Each brush will product a different character, flavor, and taste of tea. The tea harvest from Wu Dong Mountain of Chaozhou where the tea-growing region is 1391meter altitude. It has more than three thousand tea plants over 200 years old on the mountain. The appearance of leaves are twisted and strong. The tea leaves are in dark green color. This quality tea presents a surprisingly rich mouth filling floral aroma and taste that has long lasting fragrance. All natural, no chemicals.

Tong Tiang Xiang in English means Heavenly Aroma. Because it’s Incredibly deep and long lasting aroma, people called it heavenly aroma. Tong Tiang Xiang (Heavenly Aroma) is one of the most famous Phoenix Oolong. The original brush is grown at Wu Dong Mountain, Feng Xi Da An Village. The brush only produce 1 to 1.5 kg of tea leaf a year. So the tea is very valuable and heard to buy in the market. A must buy tea for serious oolong tea drinkers.
