steeping suggestions
2 grams 97°C / 208°F 3-5 min medium
Scoop 4-grams of Masala Chai into a brewer/teapot, and add a cup of boiling water (4 fl.oz.). Let it steep for 5 minutes, and then strain it to an empty cup. Pour a cup stem/warm milk into the cup. Add two spoons of brown sugar, stir and serve.
