Il tè Rooibos non appartiene alla famiglia del tè ma viene ricavato dalle foglie dell’arbusto omonimo che cresce in Sudafrica. Ha un leggero gusto di nocciola e un sapore dolce, anche senza l’aggiunta di zucchero. Il colore è rosso brunastro. La completa assenza di caffeina permette di gustarlo anche nelle ore serali. Il leggero aroma di vaniglia lo rende ancora più delicato.
Consumare con latte e zuccherare a piacere. Lasciare in infusione 3 – 5 minuti.
Rooibos tea does not belong to the family of tea but is made from the leaves of the same name that grows in South Africa. It has a slightly nutty taste and a sweet taste, even without adding sugar. The color is brownish red. The complete absence of caffeine makes it suitable for the evening. The light aroma of vanilla makes it even more delicate.
Drink with milk and sugar to taste. Allow to steep 3 to 5 minutes.
