Description

Broken Orange Pekoe 1 (BOP 1) – Organically grown in the Uva Region of Sri Lanka. Wiry well twisted long leaf tea. Smaller in size than the Orange Pekoe. Best drunk straight. Possesses a mellow soothing taste.

Orange Pekoe is a grading term and is referred to a high quality grade of tea. Broken Orange Pekoe is when the leaves are further crushed.
