Extremely lightly oxidated oolong from Taiwan. Mildly floral but full with its scent. Pleasantly sweet flavour with an aftertaste of a delicate flower, the palate light and sweet. Suites well the gonfu steeping, when it gives seven good steeps without the weakening of the taste or palate.
1-2 teaspoons, 85-90 degrees celcius, 2-3 min.
