what a great tea!!
a very good yunnan black with big and whole loose leafs (according to the main reseller from 300-500 year old wild arbor trees in yunnan!) and golden tips, perfectly oxidized, no hashness or bitterness, intense fruity alcoholic plum like smell and a mildly spicy calming whole aromatic flavor.
it has all it needs to be a good yunnan black tea, all packed into a mild aromatic flavour cloud without beeing too intense in flavor like DJ or too mild.
i really recommend you to try it as it is very balanced and has a good cha qi after the third brew.
i recommend 80°C, first steep 20 seconds, second steep 10 seconds, third steep 20 seconds. fourth can be done with 30 seconds, but is not really needed for the best chi effect.
you don’t often get a tea with this intense plum, raisin alcohol flavor while beeing malty and dusty, earthy like a very good ripened pu erh.
