The Myosotis Sylvatica flower, from Yunnan high-altitude areas, is made by drying process. The well-made flower is still gorgeous in color with long stems, and the reason why retains long stems is that the stems also have some health benefits. Brewed with hot water, the color of Myosotis Sylvatica flower immediately fades into light purple or transparent. The taste is very light with slightly natural sweetness, so you can add some honey or Stevia Leaves if you want sweeter taste.
