Dan Cong Classic is also known as Honey Orchid Dan Cong (Mi Lan Dan Cong) due to its charming flowery sweet fragrance. It is similar to the more popular Feng Huang Dan Cong, except that the tea leaves go through higher level of oxidization and baking. This tea is a favorite amongst the locals of Chao Zhou county in Guangzhou, where it is often brewed Gong Fu style in small yixing teapots. All in all, we feel Dan Cong Classic is a nice tea with a very fair price tag.
