This dark tea is smooth as silk with dark, green, and white tea leaves and fruity/floral notes shining through. It’s a delight.
We do not recommend making iced tea out of most dark teas. But this is one of the exceptions, it’s lovely served over a tumbler of ice.
Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 1-2 heaping tsp (3-5 grams) per 8 oz of water, rinse leaves with 205° water for 4-8 seconds, discard rinse water. Then steep with 8 oz water at 205° for 10-60 seconds. Good for multiple steepings.
