There aren't any tasting notes for this tea yet.
Its easy to see why this tea won first place at the North American Tea Championship in 2013. Bright gold, amazing sweet dark aroma, thick furry crescent moon shaped buds (and the velvety mouth feel that goes with it). The flavor profile: it tastes like read dragon! (Complex.) This tea was from Guangxi in China, a province that does not export much of its tea, and I’m sad to say its no longer available. And I’m also sad to say the 2014 lot was disappointing. Cross you fingers and hope for the 2015.
