This new and unique white tea has two major distinctions: it is made with fine teas from Yunan Province and it is a cross of Silver Needle and White Peony styles of white tea. It contains many silver needles, but also the 2nd and 3rd leaves, typical of White Peony. It cups up a light silvery/gold color, with a very light aroma, and a flavor profile that is slightly sweet, slightly grassy, with a little briskness that makes it extremely refreshing.
