“Mmmmmmm now this is the green tea, THE green tea that I can love. Deeply nutty, roasted, slightly bitter but building on the roastedness. and SMOOTH! Chestnutty? maybe! I don’t recall what that...” Read full tasting note
This traditional Green Tea is named after the village where the tea grows in the Zhejian province. The best grade is made from one new leaf, it is not rolled or shaped but left in its natural, neatly pointed form. The clean well balanced aroma suggests freshly cut grass and toasted chestnuts. The flavour is mellow with a bittwesweet-savoury finish.
