“Wonderful floral and fruity notes. This was definitely the most sweet smelling tie kwan yin I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious and smooth, from the first infusion.” Read full tasting note
Rich honey-like body; chocolate notes; custom roasted for Teance.
Not actually picked by monkeys but grown at high elevations and steep hillsides of 70 degree slopes, making it almost impossible for humans to harvest from. Yet the leaves are most definitely hand harvested at this 2000 meter deep in the mountains called ‘Treasure Mountain’ where the wind condition, aside from the requisite fog and light spring water, is a perfect, 4 direction breeze. Apparently, the leaves need airflow for best growth. Custom roasted for a cooked honey body and intoxicating aroma, over charcoal fire sticks for 11 plus hours!
