Pure Ceylon Black tea, Lapsang Souchong
Loose leaf · From Uva region
For Lapsang Souchong lovers here is our special rendition crafted with Pure Ceylon tea. This tea is sourced from the famed Aigburth Estate that is situated in the Southwestern Mountainous regions of Sri Lanka, home to some of the oldest tea estates of the country. Unblended, single-origin, pure Uva medium Ceylon black tea leaves are harvested, processed and then slowly dried using smoke from burning pine leaves. The process helps to bind the aroma of the pine smoke to the tea leaves, enhancing its flavour and imparting the smokiness that is the signature of the Lapsang Souchong.
