Tea Type/Origin
The green tea in this blend, known as Sencha, originates from China. What makes Sencha so unique is that the tea leaves are initially steamed vs. pan fried, which results in a greener color and more vegetal (grassy) flavor.
Ingredients
Full leaf green tea.
Brewing
Brew 1 teaspoon loose tea in hot water (165 – 180˚F) for 3 minutes.
