Delicate lemon balm, spearmint, eucalyptus, rosemary, linden, oat straw, wood betony and blackberry leaf blended for a lightly minty, relaxing brew with a satisfying full-mouth feel.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1T tea, pour in 12oz boiling water. Steep 2-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Resteep 1-2 times.
