“I think I’m finally feeling motivated to try new teas and write tasting notes again. It was hard to find the energy or desire in the midst of dealing with moving, but I have all day today to just...” Read full tasting note
A very fruity aroma, coupled with a hint of grassy, vegetal taste. Once considered the Only Okay Tea in the British times (and hence the name Okay-ti tea), the tea fills your senses with notes of ripe oranges and a mild hint of pumpkin. It produces a light silver coloured liquor and is fully rounded in palate. The leaves of this lot have been selected quite early in the day to catch the morning mist, which adds to the uniqueness of the flavour. If you are a green tea person, this could be just the right Darjeeling black to start with.
