A classic Darjeeling from the famed Puttabong garden. It’s strong suit is in the nose, as the aroma is particularly wonderful, a secret garden, followed by a nice, strong, brisk cup full of second flush character.
Puttabong was the first tea estate to be established in Darjeeling in 1852. Located at an altitude of 1500 ft to 6500 ft above sea level, the estate is planted with Darjeeling Clonal, Chinary bushes and Clonal tea stock especially developed to meet the agro climatic conditions of the area.
