Prestigious lot No. 1, great, classic first flush Darjeeling. Nicely processed, even leaf with a reasonable number of tips gives us a full, fresh and pleasantly expressive aroma full of fresh fruit tones and after watering it gives a clear, golden-yellow infusion with a typical first-harvest live aroma and a very pleasant, ripe, fruity, floral taste, which is so popular and attractive in the spring harvest. Highly recommended.

Dry leaves smell of meat and hay, while wet ones have an aroma of pepper flowers, bread, and onions. The tea is pungent with notes of yellow bell pepper, citrus fruits, custard, almonds and plant stems. There is quite a lot of bitter and sour notes, including some goat cheese in the aftertaste.
