A rare tea, this organic tea is one of the most carefully produced teas in all of Darjeeling. The delicate leaves are plucked promptly, at the break of dawn, while dew still covers the tea bushes. They are then dried in the sun for a few hours, rolled in fine silk cloth and then finished with a final round of sun-drying.
