From Tea-Historic

A lovely Yunnan white tea with multiple colors of large leaves. The leaves resemble feathers that would make an archaeopteryx proud!

This is a Yunnan tea leaf processed as a white tea. This means that the processing consisted of plucking and first allowing the leaves to wither for a very short time. However, unlike other white teas which are then sun-dried, these leaves were dried with warm air blowing over them.

It is a sweeter tea with more flavor than many white teas. If stored properly, over time it will darken and develop more of a black tea flavor profile.
