Description

The Four Seasons oolong is also called ‘Forever Spring’, as the plant said to produce Spring teas all year round.

This is the tea that is drunk day-to-day in offices, shops and homes around Taiwan. It’s a great tea with which to begin your love affair with oolongs!

It produces a clear and pale golden liquor, and has a light, sweet flavor that includes the characteristic aromatic notes and buttery mouthfeel of the teas from this part of the World. A true Taiwanese classic.

Origin: Nantou, Taiwan (Spring 2013)

Preparation advice:
Quantity: 6g per 200ml water (1 tsp per cup)
Steeping time: 2.5 – 3 mins
Water: 90°C
