Grown at 2600 meters above sea level and on incredibly rich soils of Li Shan tea area, constantly surrounded by clouds and fogs, the product of such unique combination is considered by many to be the best high mountain tea from Taiwan. Cold temperature around this altitude decelerates the tea’s growth, allowing its deep floral flavor to fully develop and bitterness to dissipate. It’s rarity is also due to it’s slow growth, limiting its harvest to only twice a year. Try it once, you will not be disappointed.
