Three generations of family know-how in naturally scenting teas is blended into this offering. Our Osmanthus oolong is prepared by choosing the freshest organic flowers from the 1st and 2nd day of a new seasonal bloom. These are the most fragrant and sweet which will render our tea a beautifully balanced and delicate floral aroma with distinct fruity notes that evoke apricot. Osmanthus also renders a beautiful creaminess to the cup which further accentuates the natural creamy finish of the Jin Xuan varietal used as a base for this blend. All in all, a beautiful balance of good body and lingering presence with soothing ethereal notes. A perfect cup for dreamy afternoons. Lot 662 is a new production made from Spring tea and scented in October during the Fall bloom of the osmanthus plantations that surround our premises.
