Thai Tea is a full bodied black tea with spicy somewhat licorice notes with subtle citrus notes. This tea is traditionally made concentrated and served with milk/cream and sugar for a Thai Iced Tea. However, making this tea and serving hot also warrants some attention because it is good.

This is how I celebrated National Iced Tea yesterday. Pretty nice blend, just could use a bit of a sweet touch IMO. The tea had the correct spiced flavor profile but I had to add in cream to counteract and give it that Thai Iced Tea feel I was looking for. If you like really spiced un-sweet teas, this one is for you.
