USE:
Star Child Herb teas are carefully composed blends of various herbs, flowers, seeds and barks, designed for use as teas. We leave most ingredients whole to better preserve their quality and freshness. Crush or grind the herbs prior to use. Smaller particles infuse more easily. Make sure that all ingredients are well mixed. Heavier or finer ground parts often sink to the bottom of the packet – mix these well with the lighter parts to ensure a more balanced taste and effect. For a standard infusion use 1 teaspoon of dried, ground herbs per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for approximately 5 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if required and enjoy.
