This rare tea, known in China as “Xuelong”, is grown in Taishun County, a pristine tea growing region near the Fujian border. The clean air and pure water contribute to the elegant, complex nutty-sweet flavor. The Snow Dragon is somewhere between a high grown green tea and a Silver Needle white with a hint of a superior Lung Ching. Similarly made by hand-drying in a wok, the result is a distinctive, flat leaf. The appearance is further enhanced by the young, white down-covered buds. An instant favorite – recommended for the green tea connoisseur and novice alike!
