After many attempts at crafting a deep and sensous blend for our Masala Chai we finally feel that this is the One. We have carefully followed the ancient and traditional recipe but with our own hand for producing a wonderfully rich, complex, and aromatic brew.
Our blend consists of all organic tea, herbs, and spices. This Masala masterpiece consists of a blend of Assam and Darjeeling teas, hulled cardamom, whole cloves and true sweet cinnamon sticks (Cinnamomum verum). We then add ground ginger, black pepper, nutmeg and clove to help guide this artisinal sensory voyage into the palate of the divine.
We recommend brewing this chai with a combination of water and milk (or vegan alternative) in order to help bring out the rich essential oils that are locked in these herbs. A sweetener (sugar, honey, stevia) also aids in awakening the flavors.
