Description

This is based on a 19th century version of English Breakfast tea when the English started drinking tea primarily grown in India. Over time the “recipe” for English Breakfast tea has changed due to economic a political shifts for tea sourcing. What you can count on is a classic English tea best enjoyed with milk or cream and sugar. (BOP refers to broken leaf and OP refers to orange pekoe which is a color term not a flavor term).
