Darjeeling is one of the world’s most revered tea regions. There is close to 80 tea gardens and each one produces Darjeeling tea that’s a little different. This one, from Jungpana Estate is brisk and medium bodied with a honeyed, sweet character to the “green” or earthy flavours and the slight astringency that is characteristic of Darjeelings.
